Delivery charges
Charges are simple and shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
- Free delivery on orders of ৳3,000 or more, anywhere in Bangladesh
How long it takes
Orders are prepared within one working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 working days to other districts. Public holidays, floods and other events outside our control can add a little time, and we will tell you if that happens.
Paying for your order
Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives, after checking that it looks right. Other payment options, such as bKash and Nagad, are offered where shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order number. You can follow its progress at any time on our Track your order page, and we will call you if the courier cannot reach you.
When your parcel arrives
Please look over the parcel at the door. If the outer packaging is badly damaged, you are welcome to decline it and let us know straight away. We will send a replacement.
