Orders are prepared within one working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 working days to other districts. Public holidays and events outside our control can add a little time, and we will tell you if that happens.

Yes. We send every order with a trusted courier to all districts. Delivery charges for inside and outside Dhaka are shown at checkout, before you confirm anything.

Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives, after checking that it looks right. bKash and Nagad are offered where shown at checkout.

Yes. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, feeding items, bath-time items, things worn next to the skin and personalised pieces cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive faulty.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we will cover the return courier cost.

Each product page lists the available sizes and the age guidance. Babies grow at their own pace, so if yours is between sizes, the larger one is usually the comfortable choice. You are always welcome to message us before you order.

Yes. Every order is wrapped with care, and you can enter a different delivery address at checkout. If you would like something particular for a baby shower or a new arrival, write to us before you order and we will do our best.

Open the Track your order page and enter your order number and the mobile number you ordered with. If the courier cannot reach you, we will call you.

Every piece is reviewed with little ones in mind, and each product page shows its age guidance and safety notes. Please read them before use and always supervise your baby. We do not make medical claims: for anything about your baby's health or sleep, please speak to your doctor.
