7 days to change your mind
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Items we cannot take back
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive faulty:
- Feeding items such as bowls, bibs and bottle sleeves
- Bath thermometers and other bath-time items
- Underwear, hats, mittens and other items worn next to the skin
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we will cover the return courier cost.
How to start a return
- Contact us (kuttush.info@gmail.com or +880 1749948344) with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will confirm the return and arrange a pick-up or tell you where to send the parcel.
- Once the item reaches us and is checked, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the method you used where possible. For cash on delivery orders we refund by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Refunds are normally completed within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the item. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
